🟢 The “Quote First, Verify Later” Policy We believe in keeping things fast and simple. You do not need to be a fully verified user to submit a quotation. You can immediately explore our ‘Live Projects’, pay the nominal Processing Fee, and submit your competitive quote.

However, KYC is Mandatory for Allocation: If your quote is selected (Best Quote) by the Corporate Client, you MUST complete your full KYC and Document Verification process with our backend team before the official Purchase Order (PO) is awarded.

⚠️ Important Note for Vendors: Please ensure you possess valid legal documents (GST, PAN, etc.) before paying the Processing Fee. If you are selected for a project but fail to provide the mandatory KYC documents, the project will be passed to the next eligible vendor, and your Processing Fee will not be refunded.

📋 Mandatory Documents Required for KYC (Keep these ready): VendorMate welcomes both registered companies and independent petty contractors. To successfully pass our Trust Audit and receive Corporate POs, you must submit documents based on your business category:

🏢 Category A: For Registered Firms (With GST)

• Business Identity: GST Registration Certificate & Company PAN Card.
• Founder Identity: Aadhar Card & PAN Card of the Proprietor / Director.
• Business Proof: MSME / Udyam Certificate (Optional but recommended).
• Execution Proof: Past Work Orders (PO) or Work Completion Certificates (WCC).
• Bank Details: Cancelled Cheque / Current Account Details.

👷‍♂️ Category B: For Individual / Petty Contractors (Without GST) If you operate as an individual contractor or a labor provider without a registered GST, you can still participate by submitting:

• Personal Identity: Individual PAN Card & Aadhar Card.
• Execution Proof: Proof of past work experience (if any).
• Bank Details: Savings or Current Bank Account Details.
• Consent Letter: A signed ‘VendorMate Consent & Undertaking Letter’ (Format will be provided by our backend team) or Download from here- Link-

⚠️ Important Disclaimer Regarding Eligibility: While Petty Contractors (Category B) are allowed to register and submit quotes on the platform, the final award of the project strictly depends on the Corporate Client’s specific Project / RFQ requirements. If a Corporate TSP explicitly mandates that the work can only be awarded to a GST-registered firm, then Category B contractors will not be eligible to receive that specific PO, even if they submitted the best quote.
