  1. Participation Fee (Processing Fee) – Non-Refundable Policy (Updated) The Participation Fee (charged as per applicable project slabs ranging from ₹199 to ₹1,999) is a mandatory administrative levy for accessing the digital Matchmaking Engine.   • Vendor Withdrawal: Change of decision or quote retraction by the Vendor. (Updated)
  • Non-Selection: Failure to secure the L1 position or project award.
  • Infrastructure Costs: This fee offsets digital sourcing, quote evaluation, and platform maintenance overheads. (Updated)
  • Exception (Technical Error / Double Payment): In the rare event that a Vendor is charged twice for the same project due to a technical glitch or network error, one of the transactions will be refunded. The Vendor must email the payment evidence to accounts@zugnooservices.com. Upon verification, the duplicate amount will be refunded within 7 working days. (Updated)
  1. Commitment Fee (Success Fee – Milestone 1)
  • A. Vendor-Initiated Default (20% Forfeiture): If a Vendor is awarded a project but fails to execute, withdraws post-award, or refuses to proceed after unlocking Buyer details, 20% of the Commitment Fee shall be forfeited as a liquidated damage penalty. The remaining 80% will be credited back to the original source. (Updated)
  • B. Corporate-Initiated Cancellation: If the Corporate Client cancels the project post-award or fails to issue the PO within 3 months, the Vendor is eligible for a 100% refund of the Commitment Fee (subject to a nominal 2% payment gateway processing deduction). Alternatively, the Vendor may choose to adjust/carry forward this fee towards any future project application on VendorMate. (Updated)
  • C. Partial Execution & DPR-Based Adjustment: In cases of mid-project termination, refunds will be calculated proportionally based on Verified Daily Progress Reports (DPR), time-stamped site imagery, and the final audit by the VendorMate Review Committee.
  1. Corporate Penalty & Automated Debt Recovery
  • 0.5% Cancellation Levy: Corporate Clients are liable for a 0.5% Cancellation Charge of the total Project Value for post-award cancellations. (Updated)
  • Negative Wallet Protocol: Failure to pay this levy results in an immediate Negative Balance in the Corporate’s Affiliate/Royalty Wallet.
  • Self-Reconciling Recovery: All future incentives (0.25% Royalty) will be automatically adjusted against this negative balance. Zero withdrawal of rewards is permitted until the balance is fully reconciled.
  1. Zero Tolerance: Fraud, Cartelization & Misuse VendorMate maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards:
  • Cartel Pricing: Collusion between vendors to artificially inflate prices.
  • Document Fabrication: Submission of fake GST/PAN/Experience certificates.
  • Project Blocking: Intentional quoting with no intent to execute. (Updated)
  • Consequence: 100% Forfeiture of all fees, immediate account termination, and potential legal proceedings under the Indian Penal Code (IPC).
  1. Dispute-Based Refund Moratorium (Hold) If an active dispute is raised via the platform, VendorMate reserves the right to withhold all refunds until a comprehensive investigation (Reviewing Chats, DPRs, and Photos) is concluded. The decision of Zugnoo Home Sync Solution LLP shall be final and binding.
  2. Refund Timeline & Procedural Integrity
  • Timeline: 7–10 Working Days post-approval.
  • Mode: Original Payment Source or VendorMate Digital Wallet.
  • Gateway Charges: Standard payment gateway and operational deductions are applicable on all successful refund claims.
  1. Tax, GST & Statutory Compliance
  • All refunds will be processed after adjusting for applicable GST laws.
  • Users are independently responsible for their income tax and GST filings.
  • Zugnoo Home Sync Solution LLP is not liable for any tax disputes arising between the transacting parties.

 

  1. Force Majeure & External Disruptions In cases of Government lockdowns, natural disasters, or unprecedented technical disruptions (Force Majeure), refund claims will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of the management
  2. Legal Authority & Governing Law All platform logs, including DPR history, Site Photos, and encrypted Chat Logs, serve as admissible evidence. This policy is governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.
